“I can make another one for you.”(我可以給你再做一份)
“No need, do you know how to change it?“(不用,你知道要怎么改了嗎?)
“Yes sir.“(知道的先生。)
“Ok, one final piece of advice. Work hard and have passion in your food, not other's food.”(好的,最厚提一點(diǎn)建議。
“Thank you sir.“
“No, thank you for your food.“(謝謝你的菜。)
“What did Mr. Y say?”(Y
“The onion soup needs some improvements but the ratatouille is good.”(洋蔥湯還要改進(jìn),蔬菜雜燴很好了。)
“That's good news.“(好消息啊。)
“Yeah, he has the tongue of God. He can easily identify every bit of mistake.“(是的,他有一個(gè)神奇的舌頭,他能嘗出任何的缺點(diǎn)。)
“A magical human being for sure. So did he give you any suggestions?“(一個(gè)神奇的人類。
“Have passion in my food.“(熱愛我的菜品。)
“Pretty cliche.“(挺老套的。)
“Hi, it's Alex Y.“(我是袁子杰)
“Are you coming to founders day ceremony? It has been ten years since we've first met.“(你來學(xué)校的校慶嗎?(在本作者原來的學(xué)校,校慶就叫這個(gè)名字。
“Nah, I am good.“(我不去了。)
“I don't have any reason.“(我也沒有什么理由。)
“Come, don't you want to see Elizabeth or Avery?”(來吧,難道你不想看到伊麗莎白和艾薇里?)
“No.“(我不想)
“But aren't they your puppy love?”(他們不是你原來喜歡過的女生嗎?)
“Yeah, so?“(所以呢?)
“They asked me about you. I don't know what to reply since I haven't connected with you in a while.“(她們問過關(guān)于你的事情。
“Then just reply I passed away a few years ago because of cancer.“(就回復(fù)我因?yàn)榘┌Y去世幾年了。)
“Damn, okay. But they are still single.“(臥槽,好吧。
“They are only one piece of memory for me.“(對(duì)我來說,他們就是回憶。)
“You're still single right?“(你還單身的嗎?)
“Yeah.“(是的。)
“It's your chance man!“(這是你的機(jī)會(huì)。)
“Shut your god damn mouth up “(能不能他-嗎的閉嘴?(半開玩笑,沒有中文語氣重))
“Okay, i will tell them what you've said.“(我會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)的。)
“Ok, bye.“(好的,再見。)
“Bye.”
